Leads the global sales organization, developing sales strategy, forecasting, customer acquisition, enterprise account growth, and market expansion across North America, Europe, and APAC. Lead embedded software development across the full product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, stakeholder coordination, software specifications, traceability, test planning, BSP customization, kernel and peripheral driver development, debugging, and testing. The role requires interpreting schematics and datasheets, developing real-time embedded software, applying quality and coding practices, and supporting embedded products in a manufacturing environment. Experience with Linux, RTOS, Android, hardware debugging, and test engineering is required.

Designs and operationalizes enterprise analytics, KPI frameworks, data validation pipelines, machine learning solutions, and governed GenAI capabilities. Builds advanced SQL and Python data transformations, RAG and agentic AI workflows, evaluation frameworks, and production-ready deliverables. Applies anomaly detection, forecasting, and other advanced analytics techniques while implementing testing, logging, guardrails, deployment packaging, documentation, and security controls.

Leads engineering teams developing frameworks, cloud platforms, and AI/ML enablement solutions. Owns technical roadmaps, software architecture, project delivery, Agile processes, quality practices, CI/CD, release management, and platform reliability. Provides hands-on development, mentors engineers, manages stakeholders and risks, and drives automation, observability, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Benchmark and analyze server systems and software applications, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimization recommendations. Develop custom tests using Python and Bash, collaborate on C, C++, and Java improvements, configure operating systems and clusters, troubleshoot system performance, and document testing methodologies and results. The role also involves profiling across Linux, Windows, and macOS, with optional parallel programming and HPC experience.

Develops and optimizes machine learning, computer vision, and numerical libraries for CPUs, GPUs, DSPs, FPGAs, and other accelerators. Responsibilities include algorithmic optimization, parallelization, vectorization, memory and cache optimization, benchmarking, profiling, performance analysis, customer collaboration, and coordination with software and hardware teams. Requires strong C/C++ and parallel programming experience, hardware architecture knowledge, and familiarity with FPGA development tools and AI/ML frameworks.

Supports B2B technology sales by managing customer accounts, identifying and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, documenting client requirements, researching markets, updating the U Pilot CRM, tracking opportunities, and preparing sales reports. Collaborates with engineering, business units, and senior sales leaders while developing customer communication, relationship-building, and technology sales skills.

Develop embedded software and firmware, including device drivers, using C and C++. Translate customer requirements into robust solutions, apply RTOS and embedded systems concepts, and manage projects from initiation through delivery while collaborating with customers.

The Sales Director develops and executes sales strategies, manages key accounts, drives customer acquisition and revenue growth, and leads complex sales opportunities through negotiation and closure. The role oversees pipeline forecasting, CRM data, business reviews, customer relationships, organizational mapping, and account escalations. It collaborates with business units and senior executives to create solution materials, improve bookings, and support international enterprise sales across technology-focused industries.

Build production-grade full-stack AI products and agentic workflows using LLMs, memory, RAG, external tools, and real-time streaming. Design systems that plan, execute, recover from failures, maintain context, and provide reliable user experiences. Improve observability, fallback behavior, and evaluation processes while collaborating with ML, backend, product, and design teams to ship features from concept through production.
