Lead end-to-end Amazon advertising strategy (Sponsored Ads, DSP, advanced formats), manage a team of account managers, optimize high-budget accounts for ACOS/TACOS improvements, identify keyword and audience growth opportunities, diagnose performance with data, and present actionable weekly/monthly reports to drive ROI and client retention.

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands. Manage high-budget campaigns, improve ROI, optimize Shopify checkout flows and landing pages, analyze performance data, develop conversion funnels, conduct competitor research, and guide creative and influencer teams on UGC concepts and winning ad variations.

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp in English and Tamil. Resolve complaints empathetically, assist with e-commerce concerns, maintain customer records, update internal systems, and support sales and upselling. The role includes three months of structured training and requires strong communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, basic email and messaging skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
