Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including GST registration and filings, APOB registrations, TDS and TCS compliance, FSSAI and MSME matters, invoicing, expense management, purchases, sales, e-commerce accounts, and financial reporting. The role requires independent work, client interaction, strong communication, and attention to detail in a remote, collaborative environment.

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp in English and Tamil. Resolve complaints empathetically, assist with e-commerce concerns, maintain customer records, update internal systems, and support sales and upselling. The role includes three months of structured training and requires strong communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, basic email and messaging skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, ads, and educational content. Add subtitles, voiceovers, text overlays, effects, transitions, and sound design. Collaborate with creative teams, manage multiple projects to deadlines, and apply animation/cartoon editing techniques when needed.
