Lead Reference Data Operations team to deliver high-quality client database services. Manage quality performance monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement programs. Serve as primary client-facing contact for operational queries, coordinate cross-functional projects, estimate workloads, and coach team members while monitoring KPIs and resolving escalations.

Partner with business teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and build production-grade AI tools (LLMs, Copilots, agentic workflows). Rapidly prototype, deploy, and scale solutions across cloud environments, ensure reliability, governance, and adoption, and create reusable AI frameworks while mentoring teams.
