As a Security Managed Services Engineer (L2), you will monitor, identify, and resolve technical incidents in security systems, manage client requests, and collaborate with teams to ensure efficient operations.

Provides first-line support for client IT infrastructure across cloud, security, networking, applications, and collaboration domains. Monitors systems, investigates and resolves low-complexity incidents, handles ITSM tickets and client communications, performs patching and configuration changes, maintains knowledge articles, supports disaster recovery testing, and escalates issues when needed. The role is on-site and requires strong ticket discipline, ITIL awareness, communication skills, and an IT or computing degree or equivalent experience.

Provide advanced field and remote technical support for complex hardware, software, and networked systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve incidents, manage tickets to meet SLAs, perform onsite installs and maintenance, use monitoring tools, liaise with vendors, and recommend operational improvements and automation opportunities.
