Provide L2 security managed services: monitor, triage, investigate and resolve security incidents; manage tickets within SLAs; support L1 escalations; perform operational changes with approvals; collaborate with automation teams; audit tickets and contribute to trend analysis and automation opportunities.

Own and grow assigned client accounts by driving new business, expansion, renewals, retention, and satisfaction. Identify leads, manage sales pipelines and forecasts, develop trusted client relationships, coordinate vendors and internal teams, recommend solutions, and negotiate with clients. The role also requires commercial analysis, financial governance, compliance oversight, and mentoring less experienced client managers across IT services, application services, and infrastructure services.

Provides advanced managed services support across cloud, security, networking, and application environments. Resolves complex incidents, monitors infrastructure, maintains SLA compliance, performs proactive optimization, and supports automation and disaster recovery. Creates knowledge articles, coaches junior engineers and L2 teams, coordinates with vendors, contributes to projects, and communicates technical updates to clients and stakeholders.
