Drive enterprise SaaS sales by prospecting, building pipelines, leading complex sales cycles, presenting to C-suite stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and closing new and renewal business. Manage strategic customer relationships, support adoption and implementation planning, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Leadership, Legal, Security, Billing, and Implementation teams. Strong logistics and supply chain expertise is required, with regional travel.

Develop and maintain server-side components and user interfaces, integrate front-end with back-end services and databases, optimize database performance, implement security and storage solutions, run diagnostics and fixes, document Node.js processes and schemas, and recommend technical improvements.

Manage North American enterprise customers to drive adoption, quantify business value, deliver success plans, run business reviews and training, resolve issues with technical teams, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure renewals and customer advocacy.
