Administers and secures enterprise Active Directory, AD CS, PKI, and hybrid Microsoft Entra identity environments. Manages certificate lifecycles, directory architecture, synchronization, authentication, authorization, trust, monitoring, automation, incident response, compliance, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoots complex directory and certificate issues, partners with Security and Infrastructure teams, documents procedures, and trains technical stakeholders.

Administer and secure CyberArk Privileged Cloud and enterprise privileged access environments. Manage non-human identities, service accounts, API keys, secrets, certificates, and workload identities throughout their lifecycles. Troubleshoot PAM, authentication, network, and connectivity issues; automate onboarding and credential rotation with PowerShell, Python, and APIs; support SIEM monitoring and incident response; and build Power BI reporting. Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams while enforcing least privilege, compliance, documentation, training, and continuous improvement.

Administers and automates Saviynt IGA environments, including application onboarding, connectors, lifecycle workflows, access certifications, RBAC, SoD controls, and entitlement management. Develops PowerShell and Python integrations using REST APIs and SCIM, troubleshoots provisioning issues, analyzes logs, supports SIEM and incident response, and ensures compliance with SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST, and ISO 27001. Partners with security, infrastructure, application, and audit teams while documenting processes, training stakeholders, and improving governance operations.
