Coordinates sales operations, lead management, CRM and SAP activities, spare parts inquiries, international business development, marketing projects, IT initiatives, and cross-functional communication between India, USA, Latin America, and other markets. Maintains trackers, prepares reports, follows up on pending actions, supports customer and distributor communications, and ensures timely handoff and closure of sales and operational activities.
