Implement, configure, and customize Zoho CRM, Projects, Books, and Creator solutions. Gather requirements, build workflows and Deluge automations, integrate third-party systems, configure accounting and project processes, migrate and validate data, test solutions, document implementations, train users, and provide post-implementation support.

Serves as the technical representative for sales by qualifying leads, assessing construction project requirements, presenting products, preparing BOQs and technical proposals, validating feasibility with engineering teams, and supporting negotiations and deal closure. Maintains the CRM pipeline, engages architects, contractors, consultants, and developers, monitors competitors, and identifies tender opportunities. Requires civil engineering and construction knowledge, technical communication skills, drawing and specification literacy, and travel for site visits.
