Serves as the technical representative for sales by qualifying leads, assessing construction project requirements, presenting products, preparing BOQs and technical proposals, validating feasibility with engineering teams, and supporting negotiations and deal closure. Maintains the CRM pipeline, engages architects, contractors, consultants, and developers, monitors competitors, and identifies tender opportunities. Requires civil engineering and construction knowledge, technical communication skills, drawing and specification literacy, and travel for site visits.

Manage budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, tax compliance, cost control, vendor payments, contract financial terms, audits, forecasting, and risk analysis for film and television productions. Collaborate with production teams to maintain accurate records, optimize spending, ensure regulatory compliance, and support profitability.

Plans and monitors construction projects, including estimates, bills of quantities, rate analysis, schedules, procurement, labor and material requirements, billing coordination, cost control, vendor comparisons, purchase and work orders, progress reporting, and management dashboards. Tracks actual progress against baseline schedules, monitors long-lead items, coordinates payment requirements, and consolidates site updates for headquarters and senior management.
