Lead strategy and execution for AI-first product engineering: build and scale cloud-native conversational AI and enterprise SaaS platforms, grow global engineering leadership, partner with Product/Data Science, and improve delivery velocity, quality, and operational excellence.

Lead QA strategy and roadmap for AI and SaaS platforms. Design and implement scalable automation frameworks, validate AI/ML workflows, perform performance/security/regression testing, ensure end-to-end coverage across microservices, APIs, mobile and web in multi-tenant cloud, and document QA processes while partnering with engineering and data science teams.

Lead and mature non-human identity and machine access: inventory and secure service accounts, API keys, tokens, certificates, and secrets; implement least-privilege, short-lived credentials, PAM, secrets management, identity governance, cross-account trust across multi-cloud (AWS primary), and automate identity controls via IaC and CI/CD.
