Manage end-to-end FTL shipments, coordinate vendors and fleet, negotiate rates, track shipments using TMS/GPS, ensure documentation and compliance, optimize costs and routing, handle customer escalations, generate MIS reports, and coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and junior staff to meet KPIs for on-time delivery and cost control.

Manage end-to-end FTL shipments: planning, tracking, and issue resolution. Onboard and manage vendors/fleet, optimize routing and costs, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and generate operational reports using TMS/GPS and Excel.

Manages corporate communications across external PR, internal employee engagement, media relations, crisis communications, and IPO messaging. Responsibilities include developing communication strategies and policies, managing global media visibility, overseeing Viva Engage content, coordinating sponsored events, preparing investor-facing materials, supporting roadshows, training spokespersons, and executing communications for annual reports, renewable energy events, gifting programs, and major project announcements.
