Provides end-to-end administrative and operational support, including office records, procurement, vendor coordination, travel logistics, events, petty cash, accounting documentation, correspondence, meeting scheduling, and HR administration. Coordinates across departments and external stakeholders, maintains accurate records, supports payments and reconciliations, and ensures smooth daily office operations. The role requires independent prioritization, strong organization, confidentiality, communication skills, and availability for a six-day workweek with occasional weekend support.

Supports planning, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, servers, storage, cloud environments, security systems, and endpoints. Administers Active Directory, patching, backups, disaster recovery, NAS-to-cloud integrations, and system monitoring. Provides helpdesk and desktop support across Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices, Office 365, Exchange Online, and conferencing platforms. Documents infrastructure procedures, prepares technical reports, and recommends process improvements.
