We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Lead Solutions Consultant to join our team! The ideal candidate will educate our prospects about our platform’s revolutionary approach, and in doing so, demonstrate we are the optimal solution to meet their goals. Lead Solutions Consultants are the bridge between the Publisher Sales & Engineering team and our customers. This person is responsible for understanding our customers’ business requirements, mapping those to our offerings, and delivering solution demonstrations and presentations that illustrate their business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize with the Publisher Sales, Engineering and Product teams to create customized solutions
- Come up with solutions to resolve customer integration challenges
- Create and maintain documentation in line with product features for integration frameworks and additional publisher and advertiser specific components
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates aligned with client goals and business objectives
- Be responsible for securing the technical aspect during customers calls by acting as a trusted technical advisor
- Gather in-depth knowledge of our exchange and act as a technical resource for both internal and external clients
- Engineer product integration with all external clients and partners
- Communicate issues and status in a clear, timely manner
About You
- 5+ years experience in digital media or similar field
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests from different partner teams
- Professionalism and calming demeanor under pressure, with a focus on proactive communication and problem-solving
- Ability to learn new skills and quickly absorb and interpret new information, products, and features from the client's perspective
- Comfortability with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality
Key responsibilities:
- Works closely with Head of Display, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach across programmatic, native and other Display and Video campaigns
- Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team
- Ensures best practice and innovation in all display activities
- Builds strong relationships across teams and acts as point of escalation for client issues
- Accountable for achievement of KPIs and deadlines
- Manages and develops direct reports with overall responsibility for complete team development
- Contributes to new business development activities as required
