We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to support our daily operational and accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, strong typing accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel. This role requires consistency, accountability, and the ability to meet daily or weekly deadlines while maintaining data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in the system or ERP software.
- Maintain and organize financial and operational records.
- Perform basic accounting-related entries and checks.
- Work on MS Excel for data entry, formatting, and simple formulas.
- Ensure data accuracy and verify information before submission.
- Assist with preparing reports or summaries as required.
- Meet daily or weekly timelines for data-related tasks.
- Coordinate with other teams for data collection and clarification.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company data policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial terms.
- Familiarity with accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally) – preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, formulas, sorting, formatting).
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take accountability for tasks.
