The Accounts Executive will carry out banking transactions, manage cash payments, handle income tax deductions, and prepare financial statements and reconciliations.
Banking- Bank payment & Receipt, Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement
CASH- Cash payments and Receipt
INCOME TAX -
• Responsible for Deduction of Tax (TDS) and remittance with in due date (Tax Deduction on payment to labour contractors, contractors, Legal & Consultancy services, Rent, Security charges and employees salaries) and remittance within due dates
• Verification and filling of quarterly E-TDS returns
• Issue of TDS Certificates
SERVICE TAX - Calculation of service tax in respect of carriage inwards and outwards and remittance within due dates
EMPLOYEE AND LABOUR PAYMENT (SALARY & WAGES)
• calculation of staff salary and wages
• calculations of ESI & PF payments and remittance within due date
PURCHASE -checking of purchase invoices with purchase order and goods receipt notes
SALES - Preparations of accounting entries for various types of transactions
Requirements
Experience in Tally, GST, TDS, PF ESIC
