We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile individual to join our team as a Program Manager cum Senior Scrum Master. This unique role demands a professional with a strong track record in program leadership, expert-level Scrum Master capabilities, and significant exposure to or experience with Enterprise Architecture principles and practices. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs while fostering agile excellence and ensuring alignment with our strategic architectural vision.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals and Enterprise Architecture principles.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, detailed project plans, and resource allocation strategies.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all program stakeholders, including senior leadership, product owners, engineering teams, and external partners. Provide regular, transparent, and accurate program status updates.
- Expertly facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) for multiple teams, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to Scrum principles.
- Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments that hinder team progress, escalating where necessary.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across multiple Scrum teams and with other departments to ensure seamless integration and dependency management.
- Guide teams through conflict resolution and foster a positive, productive working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 3+ years in a Scrum Master in Agile environment role.
- Knowledge/Experience with Enterprise Architecture concepts, principles, and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) either through direct involvement in architectural initiatives or significant collaboration with EA teams.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale software development programs using agile methodologies.
- Expertise in various agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe – exposure to SAFe is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and other Agile tools.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Professional - Scrum Master (CSP-SM), PSM II/III, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
- Exposure to Enterprise Architecture frameworks and practices
- Experience in organizational change management and Agile transformation initiatives.
- Background in software development, quality assurance (QA), business analysis, or other technical roles.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
