AI Project Management Lead
Job Title: AI Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and manage AI initiatives from inception to completion. In this role, you will develop comprehensive project plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of AI projects within scope, timeline, and budget while adhering to ethical guidelines and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AI projects from inception to completion
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, communication and risk management strategies
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to align project objectives with organizational goals
- Oversee the development and deployment of AI models
- Identify, analyze, and address project issues and risks
- Drive process improvements by integrating new technologies and best practices
- Facilitate clear communication across project teams and stakeholders
- Ensure AI projects adhere to data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience managing AI or technology projects
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful AI project delivery
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, technologies, and tools
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certification (PMP, Agile)
- Experience with data analytics and performance monitoring tools
- Understanding of AI business value and organizational strategy impact
- Knowledge of ethical considerations and compliance requirements for AI
- Basic understanding of programming or data science tools (Python, R)
