ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Application Support team on APIs.
Working on bug fixes.
• Hands on APIs support
• Oracle PL/SQL or MS-SQL, Windows/Linux hands on experience
• Coordinating with third party vendors and other application owners as and when needed
• Operational checks (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) as per the IT process guidelines
• Publish weekly/Monthly/Ad-hoc reports as per business need
• Review incidents report, lever to bring automation
• Review SOP, User Manuals as per need
• Experience in working with hybrid team
• Look to Identify application vulnerability and involve security team/vendor to address
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: 0 to 2 years
