As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently monitoring and analyzing various components of essential business systems. The engineer collaborates with different teams to ensure smooth operation and continuity of services, swiftly addressing any disruptions. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a keen eye for detail to maintain the integrity of critical systems that support business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Implementation.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and security frameworks.
- Experience with firewall configuration and intrusion detection systems.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate security threats within network environments.
- Familiarity with incident response and vulnerability assessment techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Security Implementation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
