- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their application in business environments.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance and user access.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating strong communication skills.
