As an Implementation Enablement Associate, you will support the successful deployment of our products to ensure accurate configurations, data management, and system setups. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth implementations for multiple Lightcast products, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure all technical requirements are met, and processes are followed. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for making systems run efficiently.
Major Responsibilities:
- Review, clean, and format client-provided data to align with system requirements.
- Upload and process data into internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in data migration, quality checks, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the implementation process.
- Monitor implementation workflows and processes, ensuring deadlines are met and that any roadblocks are addressed in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and work with engineering or support teams to resolve them.
- Maintain detailed records of implementation processes.
- Support post-implementation tasks as needed.
Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good technical aptitude
- Familiarity with system setups, data migration, or quality assurance
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Education and Experience:
- 0-2 years experience in product implementation, system administration, or a similar role
