Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of UEM solutions across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and VDI environments.
Own end-to-end endpoint lifecycle management, including provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, security, monitoring, and decommissioning.
Provide technical leadership and escalation support for complex endpoint, device management, and DEX-related issues.
Define and govern UEM standards, best practices, and operating models aligned with security,
compliance, and business requirements.
Lead integration of UEM platforms with identity, security, ITSM, automation, and monitoring tools.
Oversee endpoint performance, stability, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX), driving proactive
remediation and self-heal capabilities.
Collaborate with security, network, cloud, and service desk teams to ensure seamless end-user services.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance endpoint services.
Mentor and guide engineers and leads, building strong technical capability within the UEM team.
Own UEM roadmaps, service metrics, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
12+ years of experience in End User Computing / Unified Endpoint Management roles, including senior or lead responsibilities.
Strong hands-on and architectural experience with enterprise UEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Workspace ONE, or similar).
Deep understanding of Windows client architecture, endpoint security, identity integration, and
device compliance.
Proven experience leading large-scale endpoint transformation or modernization programs.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in global, 24×5 or 24×7 managed services environment
