Manage existing relationships with high-value SME clients, acquire new clients, increase bank revenue through cross-selling and tailored solutions, and enhance client retention strategies.
i. Manage existing relationship of REG Customers
ii. Managing especially high value Clients and ensure stickiness over a longer period of time through enhanced engagement
iii. Acquire new relationship in the defined business segment
iii. To increase asset book of Bank
iv. To increase/maximize revenue of Bank more than regular RM
v. Enhancement wallet of share of revenue generating products through cross sell like insurance, trade, forex, liability products, LAP.
vi. Leverage branch and other channels to increase business sourcing
- Enhance revenue through loan enhancements & cross-selling of products such as insurance, trade services, forex, liabilities, and LAP.
- Focus on high-value SME clients to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
- Target REG businesses with turnovers between ₹0 crore to ₹25 crore
- Maintain average acquisition ticket size of 2 Crs
- Revenue generation target (2-2.5% of disbursement)
- Increase the asset book & fee income through higher processing fees & enhanced product offerings
- Leverage branch networks and other channels to source new business.
- Increase penetration of self-funding products and create connections with industry associations to ensure sustained business flow.
- Customer loyalty programs and personalized engagement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maintain strong, lasting relationships.
Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience: 3 to 10 years
