The role involves integrating systems using Dell BOOMI, managing API and MDM services, performing data analysis, and providing support post-implementation.
Role Summary:
Flowserve is seeking the best and the brightest to join its team of IT Analysts. The integration analyst/developer will work with Dell BOOMI product suite including integration, API, EDI, MDM components and all aspects of design, development, performance tuning and operation support of the software suite.
In addition, this position will take on responsibility for requirement gathering, system and data analysis, architecture and design; data integration and workflow; software development, configuration and customization; site and post implementation support.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure integration architecture aligns with the business customer’s functional and non-functional requirements
- Provide input on architectural strategies and make sure best practices and standards for data integration are followed
- Provide regular updates of project progress and outstanding issues
- Participate in project planning and design with external partners other IT and business users
- Administration of Dell BOOMI tools and services
- Duties will include creation of new job schedules, creation/modification of scripts and the development of new mappings and workflows
- Duties will also include analyzing transaction errors, testing integration flows, troubleshooting issues with integration, development and performance tuning all workflows to the SLAs defined by the project requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related discipline with an information technology focus
- 5+ years of experience with BOOMI Atom Sphere iPaaS integration platform, cloud MDM hub service, API management
- 6+ years of experience with Java, Groovy and JavaScript
- Strong working knowledge of SOAP & REST web services – understanding and knowledge of SAP iDocs, JSON, XML, flat files (CSV, fixed-width) and EDI
- Ability to design, develop and support integration solutions using Dell BOOMI
- Hands on delivery experience of 2 or more integration project using Dell BOOMI will be and added advantage
- Ability to work independently and guide team members when required once requirements are provided
- Must have excellent data analytical and interpretation skills
- Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
- Should be motivate and self-directed
- Integration knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and Oracle EBS will be and added advantage
- Understanding of business process (eg: order management, purchasing, manufacturing, invoicing & payments) will be an added advantage
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (oral and written)
