Business Development Manager- IT Sales
Infotel UK is a dynamic and forward-thinking IT solutions provider located in the heart of the technology landscape. We are currently on the lookout for a talented and motivated Business Development Manager specializing in IT Sales to join our growing team. This role is essential in driving our growth strategy by identifying and expanding new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring that our IT solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Responsibilities- Identify and target prospective clients through market analysis, networking, and outreach initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to potential clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position the offerings of Infotel UK.
- Report on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in IT sales.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
