- The incumbent will play a critical role in expanding the PL, EL, and LAS portfolios through direct and indirect sourcing, while continuously improving operational efficiency and team productivity.
- Drive regional business growth by identifying opportunities, setting sales targets, and executing strategies.
- Lead and mentor an off-roll FOS team, ensuring productivity through training and reviews.
- Manage channel performance, build strong partner relationships, and boost sales via direct sourcing, telecalling, digital platforms, and partnerships.
- Expand PL, EL, and LAS portfolios. Ensure superior customer experience by maintaining TATs and service levels while adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.
