Job Description
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst in Chennai, India.
This position is responsible for developing and supporting commercial business systems.
What a typical day looks like:
- Functional support commercial Planning and quote program management systems
- Oversee Financial and Operational dashboard process on daily basis
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams
- Proactively monitor dashboard process and fix any issues
- Coordinate with BD/GAM and sales operations manager as needed
- Logical analysis of the data for accuracy
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Experience: Bachelors Degree with 4-6 years of experience
- Exposure to finance and supply chain process is plus
- Knowledge of statistical methodologies and techniques
- Familiar with databases and dashboards
- Experience in MS excel and power point
- Should exhibits excellent listening and comprehension skills and has strong writing and editing skills.
- Strong in communicating complex ideas and needs to have strong interpersonal communication and needs to be comfortable in presenting in group environments.
- To be a Collaborative, effective, and proactive team member.
- Skillful at gathering and analyzing information and is quick to identify potential problems that need resolution.
- Prior exposure to system development or analytical skills
