Role Summary

The Change Team Manager will be responsible for the management of a team of Pension Project Analysts who support the EQRS private sector function and the subsequent delivery of change into the business.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Management of a team of Pension Project Analysts
• Ensure change is effectively managed and delivered into the associated business function.
• Management of both cost and resources.
• Work collaboratively with the Head of Function and the other Change Team Managers to understand wholesale changes that impact the portfolio of clients managed through the Change team(s).
• Support and shape the standardisation of operating models across the change teams.
• Identify and drive opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Identifying opportunities for collaboration across the other Change teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the broader function.
• Employee satisfaction
• Identify training needs and support growth opportunities.
• Guidance, coaching and motivation of team members.
• Performance measurement and management
• Address performance issues quickly, candidly and constructively
