Role Summary
The Change Team Manager will be responsible for the management of a team of Pension Project Analysts who support the EQRS private sector function and the subsequent delivery of change into the business.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Management of a team of Pension Project Analysts
- Ensure change is effectively managed and delivered into the associated business function.
- Management of both cost and resources.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Function and the other Change Team Managers to understand wholesale changes that impact the portfolio of clients managed through the Change team(s).
- Support and shape the standardisation of operating models across the change teams.
- Identify and drive opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Identifying opportunities for collaboration across the other Change teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the broader function.
- Employee satisfaction
- Identify training needs and support growth opportunities.
- Guidance, coaching and motivation of team members.
- Performance measurement and management
- Address performance issues quickly, candidly and constructively
