What you will do:
- Prioritize and manage major incidents based on business impact, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to client operations
- Adapt and align technology solutions to evolving customer and business requirements
- Analyze and research integration options to ensure seamless collaboration with existing external systems
- Provide and receive technical direction to ensure deliverables are met within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Continuously monitor system performance and enforce compliance with established security standards and organizational policies
The skills you bring:
- 5 to 8 years of overall experience in the Citrix technology domain
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.x environments strong experience in Citrix deployment, Security & Management.
- Hands-on knowledge of Citrix Session Optimization and performance tuning, including coordination with infrastructure teams for updates and patching
- Proven ability to implement best practices, optimization, and fine-tuning across Citrix infrastructure components
- Proficiency in granular monitoring and proactive management to identify and address potential issues across core Citrix infrastructure
- Demonstrated expertise in Golden Image creation (Manual/Automated build) and vDisk sealing processes (Manual/Automated)
- Knowledge of Citrix NetScaler (ADC) integrated with StoreFront and DDCs
- Knowledge of Citrix ADM and Citrix Director for user session management and reporting
- Familiarity with Citrix ShareFile and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
