Job Description :
- Streamline client account management process, enhancing operational efficiency and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/Tickets/Mail.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and the development team, reducing turnaround time and ensure product meet the client's requirements.
- Gather and analyze the client feedback to enhance product features and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with major industry players.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Open to work in 24*7 Shifts, rotational weekly off, working from office environment
- Stay up to date on the latest technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
