Consultant – SharePoint

• You will run requirement analyses and technical assessments with our wide range of international business counterparts.
• You will design, build, and optimize solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• You will advise use cases for Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including prompt engineering, automation use cases, and custom copilots.
• You will architect, implement, and enhance Microsoft SharePoint solutions, with a focus on collaboration, document management, and process optimization.
• You will provide expert guidance across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including governance, security, productivity, and integration scenarios.
• You will contribute to best practices, architectural standards, and solution quality.
• You will anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Microsoft Sharepoint, Power Platform and Copilot related problems.
• You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional international teams and external suppliers to deliver innovative and sustainable enterprise solutions.

• Several years of professional experience as a Microsoft Consultant with focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint or Microsoft 365.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in building Power Platform solutions (canvas apps, model‑driven apps, flows, connectors, governance).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot capabilities, Copilot Studio, AI‑driven automation, and integration with business systems.
• Proven knowledge of SharePoint Online, modern site architecture, list and library structures, PowerShell, and governance best practices.
• Solid experience across Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and M365 administration.
• Ideally also experience in Microsoft Power BI.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and actionable solution designs.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders at different levels.
• A proactive mindset, willingness to explore new technologies, and passion for helping customers innovate.
• Proficiency in English, good Communication, Presentation skills and a high customer orientation.
• Fast learner, willing to familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Professional appearance, proactive and independent way of working, team player.
