Job Summary

Participate in business-facing activities such as presenting current solutions, conducting workshops to understand requirements, and participating in business development efforts.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the design and deployment of virtual/voice assistants to address complex business challenges and improve outcomes.
• Work closely with cross-functional international teams to design and implement virtual/voice assistants.
• Consult on customer projects and work packages that meet business requirements
• Understand and analyse business requests
• Maintain effective relationship with business teams, understand their priorities and new requirements for existing business automations
• Create and maintain communication bridge between business teams, SMEs and teams of technical experts located globally
• Customer and stakeholder management, change management, and deployment support
• Act as the regional point of contact for all business requests (new functionalities or customization), providing regular updates to project manager on project progress, risks, and issues
