Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows. Build reusable Lightning components, implement Apex triggers/classes/batch/queueables, integrate via REST APIs, follow best practices (bulkification, security), perform code reviews, support deployments and production issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
- Build reusable, performant, and scalable Lightning Web Components.
- Develop robust Apex solutions, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, queueables, and integrations.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, including bulkification, security, code optimization, and exception handling.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solutioning decisions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
- Support deployments, testing activities, and production issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend improvements to existing implementations.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging development practices.
- 4-9 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce configuration and customization
- Salesforce Flows
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, sharing and security model, and platform architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and external system connectivity.
- Familiarity with Git, version control practices, and CI/CD or deployment processes.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data modeling and application design principles.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently own development tasks and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Strong understanding and consistent application of Salesforce development best practices.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
