The Customer Success Specialist plays a critical role in driving customer retention and adoption for long-tail accounts through proactive engagement and collaboration with partners. This position focuses on renewal management, nurturing customer relationships, and leveraging internal data insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes. Fluency in multiple European languages is essential to support a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewal Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of subscription renewals for low-touch accounts via partners, minimizing churn.

  • Customer Nurturing: Maintain ongoing, value-driven communication with customers to reinforce product benefits and encourage continued usage.

  • Partner Enablement: Collaborate with distributor partners to streamline renewal workflows and provide guidance for customer success strategies.

  • Internal Data Research: Analyse customer usage data, renewal trends, and account health metrics to identify risks and opportunities for upsell or cross-sell.

  • Customer Education & Adoption: Share best practices, training resources, and product updates to drive increased adoption and utilization.

  • Issue Resolution: Address inquiries and resolve renewal-related challenges promptly, escalating complex cases when necessary.

  • Process Optimization: Contribute to improving internal processes for renewals, engagement, and reporting.

Core Objectives:

  • Retention & Renewal Success – Achieve high renewal rates for long-tail accounts.

  • Customer Value Realization – Ensure customers understand and leverage product capabilities.

  • Adoption Growth – Drive increased usage and engagement through proactive outreach.

  • Partner Collaboration – Enable partners with tools and insights for effective customer success.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management (preferably in SaaS or CAD industry).

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and generating actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently with attention to detail.

  • Collaborative approach to working with partners and internal teams.

  • Language Requirement: Fluency in at least one additional European language (e.g., French, Spanish, German).

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other ERP.

Soft Skills:

  • Empathy & Customer-Centric Mindset: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Proactive Engagement: Anticipate issues and act before they impact renewals or adoption.

  • Adaptability: Handle diverse customer scenarios and changing priorities effectively.

  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts efficiently.

  • Problem-Solving: Resolve challenges quickly and creatively.

  • Clear Communication: Convey complex information simply and effectively across cultures and languages.

  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with partners and internal teams to achieve shared goals.
