Job Summary: As a Product Analyst based in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in analyzing product data, generating insights, and creating dashboards that outline the health and performance of our products and overall business. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and ensuring the continuous improvement of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and analyze product data from various sources.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to product and business health.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Dashboard Creation:
- Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards.
- Ensure dashboards provide real-time and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Regularly update and maintain dashboards to reflect the latest data.
- Reporting:
- Generate comprehensive reports on product performance and business health.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales.
- Collaborate with BI and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Provide data-driven support for strategic decision-making processes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product analysis and data visualization.
- Implement new tools and technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven 2 - 5 Years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Hex, Snowflake, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
