Position Summary:
The Associate will play a pivotal role in establishing Customer Data operations and Data Quality teams in India, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales divisions within athenahealth. This role is integral to the transition of Customer Data projects, requiring the ability to learn new processes, document workflows, and execute with exceptional accuracy. The associate is responsible for end-to-end management of the projects assigned. The associate will also be part of various data quality projects to enhance Salesforce data quality. The Associate should be a highly motivated, self-starter with strong knowledge of CRM data operations, data research and mass data updates.
Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):
70% [Primary Function]
- Execute comprehensive data quality activities including data refresh, research, and validation to ensure Salesforce data accuracy, completeness, standardization, and uniqueness
- Perform CRM data quality operations including record creation, updates, and maintenance while adhering to established processes and workflow definitions
- Maintain accurate customer data objects and fields in Salesforce in alignment with business requirements and data governance standards
- Manage and process all assigned tasks and requests within established turnaround times (TAT) with high accuracy and minimal supervision
- Execute data imports and refresh operations based on stakeholder requests, enforcing data quality rules to prevent duplicate or bad data entry

- Complete ad-hoc data quality requests within TAT using strong analytical and decision-making capabilities with limited guidance
- Lead and participate in proactive Salesforce data quality optimization projects to ensure customer data accurately representing business needs
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, reports, and knowledge base supporting Customer Data quality initiatives
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
- 8-12 years of experience working with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and CRM integration tools
- US Healthcare Industry knowledge preferred
- Customer Data operations experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong expertise in web research and data validation with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities (mandatory)
• Business ownership mindset with exceptional attention to detail and ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills with extensive hands-on experience (mandatory)
• Intermediate SQL knowledge with practical application experience (preferred)
• Advanced data analytical skills with ability to uncover critical insights and drive actionable recommendations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Strong interpersonal and time-management abilities with proven track record of high productivity and efficiency in collaborative team environments
