We seek skilled Privacy Professionals capable of leading privacy governance, developing frameworks, and ensuring compliance across various business functions.
Requirements
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform readiness and gap assessments for DPDPA compliance
✅ Design Privacy Frameworks, SOPs, Policies, and Processes
✅ Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Privacy Programs
✅ Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA/PIA)
✅ Manage Data Mapping, Classification, and Inventory
✅ Oversee workflows related to Data Subject Rights (DSR)
✅ Partner with Legal, Information Security, IT, HR, and Operations teams
✅ Apply privacy controls and oversee remediation and monitoring
✅ Facilitate privacy awareness initiatives and engage stakeholders
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Proven practical experience in implementing DPDPA (mandatory)
✔ Skilled in developing Privacy Frameworks
✔ Expertise in drafting policies and processes
✔ Competence in risk assessments, controls, and remediation
✔ Solid knowledge of global privacy principles
✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
🎯 Preferred Certifications:

📌 ISO 27701
📌 Any equivalent certification in Privacy
