We are looking for experienced Privacy Professionals with strong expertise in DPDPA implementation, privacy governance, and operational privacy compliance. This role involves driving privacy readiness initiatives, developing privacy frameworks, and supporting end-to-end implementation of data protection programs across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting DPDPA gap assessments, drafting privacy policies and SOPs, managing DSR workflows, and implementing operational privacy controls. You will collaborate closely with Legal, IT, InfoSec, HR, and business teams to ensure alignment with privacy requirements and regulatory standards.

This role is best suited for professionals who combine strong regulatory understanding with practical implementation capabilities and can drive privacy compliance initiatives in fast-paced environments.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Conduct DPDPA readiness and gap assessments across business functions
  • Develop and implement privacy frameworks, SOPs, policies, and operational processes
  • Support end-to-end privacy program implementation and operationalization
  • Create privacy documentation, templates, guidelines, and governance procedures
  • Perform Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA/PIA) and privacy risk assessments
  • Manage data mapping, data inventory, and data classification activities
  • Support and monitor Data Subject Rights (DSR) workflows and compliance processes
  • Collaborate with Legal, InfoSec, IT, HR, and Operations teams to ensure privacy compliance
  • Assist in implementing privacy controls, remediation plans, and monitoring mechanisms
  • Conduct stakeholder awareness sessions and privacy training programs
  • Support ongoing compliance monitoring and privacy governance initiatives
  • Identify operational privacy risks and recommend corrective actions and controls
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Strong hands-on experience in Data Privacy, DPDPA, and Data Protection implementation
  • Expertise in DPDPA gap assessments, framework development, and privacy operationalization
  • Strong experience in policy drafting, SOP creation, and process implementation
  • Good understanding of privacy controls, risk management, remediation, and governance practices
  • Hands-on experience with DPIA/PIA assessments, DSR workflows, and data mapping exercises
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple compliance initiatives simultaneously
  • Practical understanding of global privacy principles and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong documentation and process management capabilities
  • Ability to independently drive privacy implementation and operational excellence initiatives
  • Telecom industry exposure is an added advantage
  • Relevant privacy certifications such as CITP, CITM, ISO 27701, or equivalent credentials are preferred
