The ideal candidate will have a strong background in any one of the domains such as Windows, Linux, VMware, Storage, LAN/WAN, Network Firewalls, Load Balancers, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining data center infrastructure to ensure high levels of availability, security, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • L3 Technical Support: Provide advanced (L3) support for complex technical issues related to data center infrastructure, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime. • Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage data center infrastructure components including servers, storage, network equipment, and virtualization technologies. • Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensure high availability of data center services through proactive monitoring, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and environmental components. Optimization: Optimize data center operations to achieve efficiency gains and cost savings, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and effectively. • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute data center projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
