Provide technical support for D365 and Power Platform integrations, manage environments, oversee governance, and conduct DevOps practices.
Apps / D365 Technical – Power Platform & Integrations • Run time support for integrations and Dual write, including Logic Apps, Power Automate, Function Apps, Service Bus, APIM, and error handling/recovery. • Support and enhancement of Power Platform assets, including extensions, plugins, Canvas apps, model driven apps, flows, and Power BI reports. • Environment and platform governance, including Dev/Test/UAT/Prod environments, standards, DLP policies, security, access, and performance. • Dataverse operations, including archiving/purging, performance tuning, capacity management, and data integrity. • DevOps and release management, including ADO pipelines, deployment orchestration, and Microsoft release/hotfix evaluation from a technical perspective. • L3 & L4 production support. Collaborate with Microsoft and ISVs for support tickets, bug fixes, ensure follow ups, and provide work-around solutions to the Business & IT (or long-term solution in case unsupported by OEMs).
