Job Description: Senior Architect — Customer-Facing Technologies

Location: Flexible/Hybrid Work Model

We are looking for a forward-thinking Senior Architect to design and implement scalable, robust, and cutting-edge solutions for customer-facing technologies. Reporting to the Enterprise Architect, this role will focus on transforming the digital customer experience by optimizing our eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, social media integrations, and advertising technologies.

The Team and the Role:

Logitech’s Digital Office is a dynamic and service-oriented organization focused on developing impactful business capabilities that support growth and agility. As the Senior Architect, you will play a key role in defining architectures that enhance customer interactions and addressing the technical needs of marketing, sales, eCommerce, and customer service teams. You will lead the strategic design and integration of customer-facing technologies, ensuring they deliver seamless user experiences, operational efficiency, and insights-backed performance.

  • Architect Key Customer Interfaces: Design and implement the architecture for customer-facing systems, including eCommerce platforms, CRM solutions, AdTech tools, and social media technologies.

  • Lead Integration and Scalability: Implement strategies for the seamless integration of technologies, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support global business operations.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to define technical needs and translate business goals into actionable solutions.

  • Adopt Emerging Technologies: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that can enhance customer engagement and streamline marketing campaigns.

  • Optimize for User Experience: Create architectures that prioritize customer-centric design principles, delivering consistent, responsive, and intuitive user experiences.

  • Govern Architectural Standards: Work within the guidelines set by the Enterprise Architect, ensuring adherence to global technology standards, best practices, and compliance with regulations.

  • Support Data-Driven Decision Making: Build systems that leverage data insights, enabling teams to optimize workflows, monitor KPIs, and enhance performance.

  • Document and Educate: Develop clear documentation of architectural designs and train technical teams to implement and maintain these systems effectively.

Key Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will bring the following skills and experiences:

  • Extensive experience designing and implementing cross-functional solutions for customer-facing technologies, including eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, social media tools, and adtech solutions.

  • Proven success managing large-scale integrations in global environments, with expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based platform architectures.

  • Deep expertise with platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Google Ad Manager, Tag Management, Content Management, Web Analytics, Telephony, or similar SaaS, iPaaS, or PaaS technologies.

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce) and concepts such as omnichannel experiences, personalization, and payment gateways.

  • Strong understanding of social listening tools and digital ad platforms, e.g., Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to delivering customer-centric solutions.

  • Expertise with cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalability and security of platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience designing solutions that optimize user data insights and comply with GDPR or global data privacy regulations.

  • Familiarity with modern front-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular, coupled with a backend understanding of Node.js or similar.

  • Certification in relevant platforms, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or AWS Solutions Architect Certified Professional.

  • Proven track record of embedding SEO, paid media, and analytics into architecture frameworks.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments, with expertise in agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
