Job Description:
 

Successful candidate will need to have:

- Demonstrated strong system design skills

- Excellent technical presentation skills

- Ability to manage and deliver ambitious and cutting edge software projects

- Ability to manage senior developers (initially), and mix of engineers and managers (as team grows)

- Current knowledge of Agentic AI technologies

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

Following skills will be a plus:

- Current coding skills with knowledge of design patterns and idiomatic usage of Go, Java or Python

- Prior exposure to SIP, WebRTC

- Prior experience with early or mid stage startups

- Postgraduate degree is a plus


 


Location preference:

India - Bangalore, India - Chennai
