Core Responsibilities
- You have at least 3 years of experience dealing with users and providers
• You have at least 3 years of experience in first and second level support as an administrator in all of the following areas: Windows, Linux administration; web server administration; database administration; Application administration
• You either have a completed degree in computer science or vocational training in the IT sector or comparable training or experience
• Analytical and structured working methods are a given for you
• Experience in using ticket tools such as Service Now or Jira
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English. Knowledge of German is an advantage
• You enjoy working in a multicultural environment and direct contact with end users is a given
• You are interested in familiarizing yourself with and supporting the diverse IT landscape surrounding the systems in our departments
• Experience in administration and support of content management systems is an advantage.
• Experience with scripting languages
• Knowledge or certification in ITIL V4
