We are looking for an active team member to direct to facilitate suitable training and development interventions, whilst sustaining and improving strategies in order to develop the capabilities of all employees to ensure alignment with current and future organizational requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in the identification, implementation & monitoring of the training programs, to meet the development needs of employees and ensure accurate & up-to-date documentation through T20 L&D system.
  • Support in the design and development of competency assessment packs for all training areas including both pre and post training assessments with the consultation of the relevant superiors.
  • Engage in organizing and coordinating the Job Family based training together with central belt certifications and other areas of the MOS knowledge transfer model whilst, ensuring effective analysis and reporting of same.
  • Assist the internal business teams and SBU’s to conduct internal audits in order to ensure adherence to Training and Development procedures and practices thereby, facilitating the fulfillment of overall training needs.
  • Organizing & conducting factory visits for foreign students / local students.
  • Managing and entering the training related data in to the System. 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or any other relevant field. 
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
