KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support by leading the Non sewing projects (such as TLGL).
Support to coordinate L&D training & meetings
Maintain L&D Reporting and Documentation
Skill matrix monitoring
Involve in HR and other administration operations
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate in Human Resources Management or Business Management: A solid academic foundation in these fields, showcasing your expertise and commitment to your career development.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
