- Maintain effective communication with the Theatre Sales Team across India.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Generate approval and theatre agreement drafts based on predefined templates.
- Track and monitor the receipt of theatre agreement copies.
- Track and confirm payment receipts.
- Generate equipment dispatch requests and follow up on pending documents/approvals.
- Use ERP systems for tracking and monitoring operations related to theatre installations.
- Ensure all data is accurately entered and updated in the ERP system.
- Create and share reports using MS Word and Excel.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for report creation and sharing.
- Prior experience in sales coordination or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
