Job Description:
 

Uniphore is looking for an FP&A Director to join the Finance team who has a strong background in both business partnering and corporate FP&A. This is a highly visible role required working closely with ELT members. The ideal candidate should have financial modeling and budget planning system experience (Essbase/Hyperion or Adaptive) with strong accounting background to manage and model out financial statements (P&L, BS, and CF).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Corporate FP&A: Drive company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across all functions and geographies.
  • Business Partnering: Serve as strategic finance partner to ELT members and departmental leaders to guide operational planning, resource allocation, and financial performance.
  • Financial Modelling & Scenario Planning: Develop and maintain detailed models for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Forecast Governance: Lead the consolidation and accuracy of company forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment across finance, operations, and strategy.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Support M&A, fundraising, and other strategic initiatives with financial due diligence, integration modelling.
  • Systems Leadership: Oversee the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of financial planning systems (e.g., NSPB, Adaptive, Planful), ensuring seamless integration with ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, promoting continuous development, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Finance Transformation: Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and data integrity efforts to scale the FP&A function as the company grows.

Qualifications

  • CA/CWA or equivalent with 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven SaaS industry expertise, ideally in a high-growth or public company environment.
  • Strong command of financial modelling and accounting principles, with deep understanding of integrated financial statements.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with FP&A platforms such as NSPB, Essbase/Hyperion, Adaptive, or Planful.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce or similar ERP and CRM systems.
  • Successful track record in managing system integrations and finance process transformation projects.
  • Public SaaS company experience – recently IPO is better
