Job Description:
Essential Functions:
People
- Deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational people support to team members and leaders throughout the team member lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, and focused touch bases
- Partner with Regional People Leaders to execute existing and new HR policies and procedures, change management, including the delivery of training communications to Team Members and Leaders as needed
- Drive for excellence in service delivery through timely execution of HR business objectives. Establish priorities, assure that issues are handled confidentially and efficiently.
- Perform various people duties, including onboarding, team member engagement, crisis protocols and performance management.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback and recommend next steps
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 10+ years of Human Resources experience preferably in the areas of Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Benefits
- Experience with HR business applications and systems, such as Workday, or similar database and query tools.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience applying the knowledge of Federal, State, Labor and Employment laws, Workers’ compensation, FMLA, ADA and OSHA laws.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Self-starter who can multi-task, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships – identifies opportunities and takes action to work collaboratively; builds partnerships across all functional areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, and committed to culture
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and strong adherence to the practice of business ethics
- Innovative, flexible, and able to independently comprehend complex issues and identify opportunities to add value and deliver effective solutions
