Role Currently we are looking for an Applications Management Offering Lead, who will be responsible for the definition, development and execution of the next-generation AI / Gen AI infused custom application management offering strategy, roadmap, and solutions for clients. Responsibilities • Research of current and new technologies to initiate/develop and/or to revise improve existing custom application management offering, leveraging the company's industry expertise and delivery capabilities • Create a strategic plan, vision, and roadmap to develop industry leading "Offering" for custom application management. Define offering value proposition and conveys clear market differentiation • Apply deep and broad knowledge, understanding of industry and technology advances to develop AI / Gen AI infused custom application management offerings • Define and launch new AI infused offering assets/products and refresh/improve existing offering assets to take advantage of company's expertise and delivery capabilities. Collaborate and work Confidential Information https://dxc.com/us/en closely with product development team on the development and implementation of the offering roadmap and develop plans that drives product/asset adoption • Identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to build and deliver the offering roadmap • Collaborate with internal stakeholders - industry/market leaders and other senior leadership to articulate the offering vision, roadmap and assets setting the course for continued development and growth • Market research, trends, competitive analysis, offering positioning with analysts and third-party advisors • Creation of offering value proposition and sales collateral. Responsible for sales, delivery, and SME enablement • Engage on key new or existing opportunities. Develop strategic business relationships with key client decision makers • Travel Requirements: 30-40% Requirements • Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred • 15+ years of experience with technical product design, configuration, integration, and/or delivering Custom & COTS applications - application support, development, modernization and testing to customers • Deep and broad expertise in Application management, automation/observability, and AI/Gen AI solutions • 10+ years in a supervisory or management capacity • Experience with the product development life cycle at all levels of complexity • Experience working with client enterprise products, services, and strategies, technical products, vendors, families of technologies and product configurations • Experience working with technology architecture, mainframes, scheduling software and other related technologies • Experience working with business environment, business industry and competitor products and services • Strong presentation skills to present ideas and solutions to individuals or groups at all internal and external customer levels.
