We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to spearhead our Full Truck Load (FTL) enterprise business. As the driving force behind our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing PAN India ground operations, building robust client relationships, and devising strategic initiatives to propel our business forward.
What You Will Deliver
- Lead and orchestrate operations for our FTL enterprise business, ensuring seamless ground operations and trip logistics across the nation.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth.
- Take ownership of account-level Profit and Loss (P&L) management, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and margins.
- Champion continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and elevate service standards.
- Drive upselling efforts to increase business revenue and margins across all regions, leveraging your strategic insights and market knowledge.
- Embrace a 60% travel commitment to effectively oversee operations and engage with clients nationwide.
Who You Are
- A visionary leader with a proven track record of managing P&L and at least 10 years of operations experience within the transport or logistics industry.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, demonstrating your ability to inspire and manage teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise of hands-on experience in ground operations management, ensuring operational excellence at every stage.
- Proficient in client-facing interactions, with a keen understanding of customer needs and a knack for building lasting relationships.
- Results-oriented and driven by data, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where decisions are informed by analytics and insights.
