About the Role
As the Head of QA at OneMagnify India, you will lead, unify, and scale the QA function across all service lines like Tech, Digital, Data, and Creative. This strategic leadership role is essential to building a centralized QA practice, driving quality governance, and establishing a QA Center of Excellence (CoE) to support global delivery standards.

What you’ll do
Lead and integrate QA practices across Tech, Digital, Data, and Creative practices
Define and implement One QA vision and quality framework across projects
Build and lead a QA Center of Excellence (CoE) focused on automation, process maturity, and shared best practices
Drive test strategy, governance, and metrics to ensure consistent quality and accountability
Collaborate with India and global leadership to align quality objectives with business and delivery goals
Evaluate tools, processes, and automation strategies to increase coverage and efficiency
Coach and mentor QA professionals, enabling skills development and standardization across teams
What you’ll need
15+ years of experience in quality assurance, with 5+ years in a QA leadership role
Proven success in building QA functions across multi-disciplinary teams
Strong understanding of test automation, QA frameworks, tools, and agile development methodologies
Experience leading onsite-offshore QA models and collaborating with global stakeholders
Expertise in performance testing, security testing, and continuous integration testing practices
Strong analytical mindset with experience in driving metrics-driven quality outcomes
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
